In-stock orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, but this isn't guaranteed.

Standard UK delivery is £5.94 including VAT, and free on orders of £75 and over to UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands are quotation only.

You have 14 days after delivery to tell us you want to cancel, then a further 14 days to send the items back. Return postage for unwanted items is paid by you. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, we cover reasonable return costs. Experience Day bookings are covered by their own booking terms. See our refund policy.
