Each axle has a 50mm diameter and 2mm wall thickness, with multiple hardness options available, ranging from soft to extra-hard (HH). The hardness rating influences the kart's handling characteristics:

• Soft (U, Q): Offers greater flexibility to help generate rear grip in low-grip or cold track conditions.
• Medium (N, A): Provides balanced stiffness for a range of track conditions.
• Hard (H, HD, HH): Offers increased rigidity for greater stability and consistency on high-grip surfaces.

Choosing the correct axle hardness can significantly influence kart handling. Dispatch: in-stock orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery: standard UK delivery is £5.94 including VAT, and free on orders of £75 and over to UK mainland addresses. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed). Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands are quotation only, so please contact us with your postcode first. For full-size karts and complete engines, collection or delivery is agreed with you individually.
