Silver Rotax Radiator

The silver radiator must be fitted to the right-hand side of the engine using the mounting rod and two rubber grommets supplied by Rotax. Use of the cooling flap is optional.

To fit the new radiator, the bottom hose needs to be shortened by approximately 57 mm.

• Radiator thickness: 34 mm
• Includes cooling flap and rubber grommets

Advantages:

• Adjustable cooling area minimises the need to tape the radiator in cold ambient temperatures.
• Improved radiator fixation to the engine helps increase durability.
• The flap adjustment force can be set individually using the two Allen screws and locking nuts.
• Allows quicker engine warm-up with the flap closed compared to the previous radiator.

The fitting rod is available separately.

Dispatch: in-stock orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery: standard UK delivery is £5.94 including VAT, and free on orders of £75 and over to UK mainland addresses. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed). Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands are quotation only, so please contact us with your postcode first. For full-size karts and complete engines, collection or delivery is agreed with you individually.
